SENIOR DESIGNER  //  Jan 2018–present

Served as agency’s creative lead on major rebranding projects for multiple clients with regional and nationwide audiences, including design and development of logo suites, typographical systems, color palettes, complete brand standards, iconography and other elements of visual identity.

Served as primary design resource and brand standards arbiter for PETERMAYER’s longest-standing client. Wrote and developed comprehensive guidelines documentation for agency use on this client, and played a leading role in familiarizing new designers with this client’s design needs, standards and processes.

Responsible for developing and optimizing departmental protocols and best practices for design and file mechanics, as well as mentoring and assisting with on-boarding of new department personnel.

Established as PETERMAYER’s specialized creative resource for hand-lettering and type-focused projects.

Executed creative and production design of broad packaging suite for regional CPG brand with multi-product family.

Projects earned a Silver Globey Award from AMIN Worldwide, a Silver Regional ADDY Award and multiple Gold and Silver Local ADDY Awards from the Ad Club of New Orleans, including Best in Show.

Diverse graphic design responsibilities, including execution and versioning on large-volume print, out-of-home, and digital advertising campaigns, brand and identity design, packaging, and collateral materials. Past and present clients include a Fortune 500 company, numerous major New Orleans and Gulf Coast regional brands, and nationwide tourism brands.

Responsible for assisting with development and enforcement of clients’ brand standards and for adherence to industry best practices throughout design and execution of various tactics.

Other work includes design of RFP books, slide decks and infographics for new business presentations, as well as numerous special agency projects, including logo designs, posters, hand lettering and design of presentation templates.

Earned a Silver 2017 ADDY Award from the Ad Club of New Orleans for work on the RFP for the Louisiana Department Culture, Recreation and Tourism.

Freelance Graphic Design

2007–Present

Executed print and identity designs for diverse clientele with a focus on non-profit organizations, start-ups, and small, local businesses. Donated or discounted services for most non-profit clients, including the NOLA Gold Foundation, New Orleans Jewish Community Center, Upturn Arts, the Innocence Project of New Orleans, Solutions Not Shootings, and the Southern Food and Beverage Museum.

Work has been featured on HOW Design Blog.

Experienced with development of stationery suites and other print collateral, including wedding packages, direct mail, business cards, menus and brochures.

Altrum Honors

GRAPHIC ARTIST  //  New York, NY  //  Jan 2012–Jul 2013

Designed and produced precise factory production drawings and pre-press files for high-end custom awards and recognition products. Serviced global clientele including major investment banks and financial service providers. Served on Altrum's rebranding committee in 2012 and played integral role in creative design and implementation of new visual identity and design and production of collateral materials. Gained experience with CAD plug-ins for Adobe Illustrator and basic experience with 3D modeling.

Designed graphic content and performed back-end maintenance for upscale nightlife website. Collaborated with clients to develop unique and attractive online profiles for their businesses.

Prepared pre-press files for a large variety of custom printed materials including 4-color process, cut vinyl, and large format projects. Managed all stages (from submission to production/shipping) of numerous simultaneous projects in direct contact with customers and under strict deadlines. Gained extensive experience with color separation and Pantone color matching.

Software
